Product Description

This is a premium grade acrylic base emulsion with an attractive hard wearing matt finish suitable for interior and also exterior surfaces. Ascar Vinyl Matt Emulsion can be directly used either in plaster, wooden surfaces as well.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces to be painted should be free from dust, Dirt, Greasy or Loose flakes. Unpainted New Surface: Apply Ascar Shield Under Coat Primer Or Universal Undercoat then add 2-3 coats of Vinyl Matt emulsion. During application ventilate the area, avoid skin or eye contact. If affected clean with running water. If symptoms persist seek medical advice. Always wear protective gear when painting.

Application

Stir thoroughly before use and when painting. Thin with clean water. Use a good applicant. Sample your test first before main painting.

Technical Data

Spreading Capacity: 12-14 Sq metres/Litre when applied on a smooth primed
surface.

Drying Time: 20-30 minutes (well ventilated area)
Recoating Time: 3hours
Thinning: Use Clean water ratio 1 part of water to 3 parts of paint. Adjust to a required viscosity when spraying.
Cleaning: Use clean water to clean your
equipment.
