Product Description

Proffex Hi Gloss Enamel is an economy grade quality paint formulated from oil modified resin and high quality pigments. Best applied on Wood, Metal or Plaster etc. It can be applied on both indoor and outdoor surfaces.

Surface Preparation: Clean all the surface remove loose flakes, dust, greasy or rust from the surface before applying an appropriate Primer or Universal Undercoat. Apply two coats of Proffec Hi Gloss Enamel Paint to get a glossy finish. Application: This Paint can be applied by brush, roller or spray gun.

Thinning: Use White Spirit or Mineral Turpentine to thin down to a required viscosity when applying with brush or Synthetic Thinner when using spray gun. Wood Surface: On new wood surface apply two coats of Universal Undercoat white or any related shade to the finishing coat. Allow 24 hours between each coat for a complete drying.

HIGHLY/EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE Metal

Surface: New metal surface apply Oxide Primer or Grey Oxide Primer followed by two coats of Universal Undercoat white or any other related shade to the finishing coat, finally apply two coats of Proffex Hi Gloss Enamel paint to get a glossy finish. Drying Time: It takes 2-4 hours to dry under normal weather condition and recoatable after 24 hours.

Cleaning: Clean your equipment with Ascar White Spirit or Mineral Turpentine. Coverage: Spreading capacity us approx;  Sq.m/ litre depending of the nature of the surface texture or porosity.
